Return Conditions Club Fiore offers a 14-day return policy for orders placed on our website. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and another 14 days to actually return the item. Items returned after the 14 days return window will not be eligible for a refund or voucher, and will automatically be returned to the customer.


To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received them: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All items are expected to be tried on with care. Items are not to be worn excessively or treated with any products until after the customer's decision to keep them. Should an item show signs of use upon return, the item will automatically be returned to the customer.

Items that cannot be returned:
* gift certificates
* final sale items

You can register your return at info@clubfiore.nl and send the item to Waterhamskamp 25, Oldenzaal, Overijssel, 7576EM, Netherlands. We do not provide shipping labels as the shipping costs are for the customer. 

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you a receipt confirmation via email. We will also let you know whether we have approved or denied your refund.

If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you are sending us an item valued over €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We make no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
